Michael Richardson- Lead Pastor
Michael (aka, Rich) is a passionate follower of Jesus, a seasoned missionary, and a soon-to-be lead pastor with a deep desire to see the Kingdom of God flourish in Little Rock as it is in Heaven. His journey of ministry has taken him across continents and communities—from serving in Tanzania and Kenya to investing in college students through Chi Alpha at Hendrix University and The Bridge Internship in Russellville, a program Michael pioneered and continues to oversee.
Michael has spent years discipling young men, many of whom are now living out their faith boldly in the marketplace, carrying the Kingdom into every sphere of life. Known for his infectious humor and joyful presence, Michael’s light-heartedness is deeply rooted in a profound reverence and holiness for who God is.
Now planting a church in Little Rock, Michael is stepping into this new season full of faith, vision, and love for his community. He is an avid road biker and outdoor enthusiast who finds joy in hiking, camping, and being in God’s creation. Above all, Michael deeply loves Jesus, his family, and the people around him—carrying a heart that longs to see lives transformed by the power and presence of God.
Tiffany Richardson- Family Pastor
Tiffany felt called into missions and ministry as a teen. She and Michael served as missionaries for 15 years, first in Tanzania and then Chi Alpha and The Bridge. They have three amazing kids and are committed to seeing them become life-long followers of Jesus. Tiffany loves God deeply, is passionate about prayer and desires to see the church live as a healthy family, where children and adults are discipled and loved into maturity. She longs to see women find their place in sacred sisterhood and kids find their identity in Jesus. She has been ordained with the Assemblies of God since 2017.

Cody Griggs- Missions & Outreach Pastor
Before planting Remnant Church, Cody served as a missionary for 14 years, more than 10 of those as the director of UALR Chi Alpha. During that time, he led with excellence. He was responsible for mission trips domestically and abroad. He successfully led an internship that sent out multiple missionaries. He has a heart to equip and train God’s people to live missionally and he continues to live on mission here in Little Rock. He is a faithful disciple maker, a diligent leader and an amazing brother to many. He is passionate about seeing the Kingdom of God come at home and around the world. He was ordained with the Assemblies of God in 2023.
Brittney Griggs- 1st Grade Teacher & Discipler
Brittney is a dedicated first-grade teacher with over a decade of experience shaping young minds and hearts. Passionate about bringing the Kingdom of God into the public school system, she believes deeply in the power of the Gospel to transform lives—even from the earliest age. Her classroom is more than a place of learning; it’s a space where truth, love, and hope quietly take root. With over 11 years of involvement in Chi Alpha, Brittney continues to disciple and lead others, currently pouring into a small group of young women in Little Rock. Known for her quick wit and secret comedian status, she brings laughter, warmth, and wisdom to every room she enters. Whether she's soaking up the sun at the beach, curating the perfect charcuterie board, or spending time with friends and family, Brittney lives with joy and intentionality. She is excited to walk alongside her husband, Cody, in this new season of church planting in Little Rock- believing fully that God has incredible things in store.
