At Remnant Church, we believe in the power of partnership to advance God’s kingdom locally and globally. Through intentional relationships with missionaries, ministries, and mission-minded businesses, we extend the reach of the Gospel beyond our walls. ruach roasting

Africa’s universities are the incubators of tomorrow's leaders—future parents, pastors, professionals, and policymakers. These campuses are microcosms of the nation, where every tribe and tongue converge. Discipling students here isn't just about individual transformation; it's about igniting a movement that will multiply the Church across the continent. As these students graduate and step into society, they carry with them the potential to reshape communities, influence nations, and advance God's Kingdom to the ends of the earth. When you drink Ruach, your daily brew has eternal impact.

Together, let's unite the future of Africa with the One who holds its hope—and see His Church rise from every tribe, tongue, and campus.

We proudly brew Ruach at Remnant Church knowing we are investing into the future of the church in Africa!

Thomas has spent the last decade serving faithfully as the director of Chi Alpha at Tennessee Tech, where he and his family have called home. A product of UCA Chi Alpha, Thomas’s life was transformed through missions—both at home and abroad—eventually leading him and his wife, Bailee, to take a bold step of faith by moving their family to Maputo, Mozambique.

Now entering a new season, Thomas will be focused on discipling college students in a cross-cultural context, carrying with him a passion for the Kingdom of God, deep relational wisdom, and a heart to see young people awakened to their calling. Bailee, a devoted mom to Loren and Oaklen, shares in the excitement of being immersed in a new culture and is eager to see God move powerfully in Africa.

Thomas is passionate about coffee, discipleship, business, and cultivating meaningful relationships with friends and family. As he and his family follow God’s leading overseas, Thomas will remain a vital partner and extension of the vision of Remnant Church—living out the call to see every nation reached and every student discipled.

The Alpe's

Drew is stepping into a new season of leadership as the incoming director of Little Rock Chi Alpha, fueled by a deep passion to see college students encounter Jesus and live fully in their God-given identity. A former psychology student at UALR, Drew encountered the life-changing love of Christ through Chi Alpha, leading him to lay down his career plans in order to disciple students and invest in the next generation.

Drew carries a heart for seeing men rise into spiritual maturity—strong, grounded, and surrendered to the call of God. He thrives in community, loves deep conversation over good coffee, and finds life in the outdoors, whether golfing, working out, or studying Scripture with his brothers in Christ.

Drew’s wife, Fallon, is a nurse in Little Rock with a beautiful heart for ministering to mothers in the postpartum season with the compassion of Jesus. Together, with their joyful daughter Harlow, the Alpe family is stepping into this next chapter with great faith and expectancy, believing God will do incredible things on the campuses of Little Rock and beyond.
